STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE
The TAT is a core psychological test in Stage-II. It assesses your subconscious personality through spontaneous story writing.
- 12 Pictures total: You will be shown 11 hazy pictures and 1 blank slide at the end.
- Timing: Each picture is shown for 30 seconds, followed by 4 minutes to write a story (approx. 100 words).
- Blank Slide: For the final blank slide, you must imagine a picture and write a story of your own choice. Prepare this in advance.

- Effective Intelligence & Imagination: Perceiving stimuli correctly and forming logical, practical stories.
- Power of Expression: Writing clear, concise, and structured stories under time pressure.
- Self-Projection: The main character is a reflection of you. Depict them with positive qualities and initiative.
- Relevance: Stories must be strictly based on the stimuli shown in the picture.
